Common questions.

Motorcycle Specifics
Honestly Answered

№ 01Do you detail motorcycles at my home?

Yes — we are fully mobile. We bring our own water, power, and motorcycle-safe products to your home, garage, or office. Our core service area is Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Encino, Tarzana, Winnetka, West Hills, and Woodland Hills. A typical full detail takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the bike and package selected.

№ 02How do you safely clean a motorcycle without damaging electronics?

Modern motorcycles have sensitive electronics around the dash, fuse box, and ECU. We use low-pressure rinses, never high-pressure spray near electronics, and a carefully controlled foam wash with motorcycle-specific pH-neutral soaps. We avoid pressurised water on bearings, exhaust outlets, and air intakes.

№ 03Can you restore dull chrome on older motorcycles?

Yes — light tarnish and surface oxidation responds to fine chrome polishes and hand buffing. Heavier pitting, rust, or peeling chrome requires multi-stage restoration with progressively finer abrasives. On vintage Triumphs, Harleys, and Hondas, we always start with the gentlest method first to preserve original chrome plating thickness.

№ 04Do you do ceramic coating on motorcycles?

Yes — ceramic coating works beautifully on motorcycles. Painted tank, fairings, and clear-coated frame components benefit from the hydrophobic protection and UV resistance. We typically apply ceramic after a full paint correction. Coating life on a garage-kept bike in the Valley is 3 to 5 years; daily-ridden bikes get 2 to 3 years.

№ 05How often should I detail my motorcycle?

For garage queens and weekend riders, a full detail every 3 to 4 months keeps the bike show-ready. For daily riders, every 6 to 8 weeks. A maintenance wash every 2 weeks is recommended for all motorcycles to remove bug residue, brake dust, and chain spray before they damage finishes.
